Process of Acceptance for Services
Wade Wellness Services is committed to serving all families in Navarro County that satisfy the eligibility structure of program guidelines. It is our policy and practice to not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, disability, religion, creed, age, marital status, or sexual orientation in accepting new client families for services. Our services are based on limited socioeconomic status, safety and permanency of children’s conservatorship, custodial and clinical needs fitting program criteria, and available funding and legal capacity of agency resources.
Contact Executive Director Pamela Crawford (903) 851-9269 or via e-mail pcrawford@wwslegal.org OR Program Director Karol Wright (903) 875-8192 or via e-mail kwright@wwslegal.org
Leave a message with name and best contact phone number and your e-mail if there is no one to immediately answer the call.
After receiving a referral, an intake and Assessment are completed by WWS staff and a determination is made whether or not the family meets the criteria guidelines for income and services.
After the Assessment is complete and the family has been accepted for services, the family is notified and the case proceeds on to the next step of services. Families that do not qualify for services will be notified should they not meet the criteria for services.
